Frequently Asked Questions

We encourage all athletes to bring their own gear to their lessons. If your athlete does not have equipment, don't worry! We have bats and fielding gloves that may be used during your lesson. Catcher's gear is very limited, so it is required that athletes bring their own for their lesson.

We offer softball and baseball lessons Monday–Friday. We ask that you schedule your appointments at least 12 hours in advance to give our instructors time to prepare.

If an athlete's lesson needs to be rescheduled or canceled, please contact your instructor directly or contact our business. We appreciate when lessons are rescheduled or canceled with at least a 24-hour notice. 

We accept payments made by Cash, Zelle, or Venmo. Payments for services will be made upon the completion of your lesson directly to your instructor.
