Karen was born and raised in Pleasanton. She graduated from Foothill High School in 2017, where she earned First-Team All-League honors 3 times as a pitcher/infielder and hitter. She then attended Ohlone College for 2 years, where she was named First-Team All-League for both pitching and hitting. In her sophomore year, she was recognized as one of the All-NorCal Players of the Year as a double sided threat. She later
transferred to Cal Poly Humboldt, where she was a two-year starter in the circle. In her senior year, she had knee surgery, which led her to find a new role. She focused on the mental development of pitchers, supporting them in any way she could, and providing workouts. Due to the impact of COVID-19, she received an additional year of eligibility.
After graduating, Karen helped improve the pitching rotation’s mechanics and development by designing customized drills, offering exercises, and conducting video breakdowns in the fall.
Dominique made history as the first international softball player at an HBCU and the first HBCU alum to coach softball internationally. She played professionally in Malta, Spain, New Zealand, and Switzerland, winning multiple championships. She played professionally in Malta, Spain, New Zealand, and Switzerland, winning multiple championships. As the countries first Head Coach, she led Malta to their first European Championship and guided the Papanui Tigers’ of New Zealand’s 18U team to be named 2022-23 Team of the Year. While earning her master’s degree at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, she was a Graduate Assistant Coach. Dominique specializes in hitting, catching, and fielding.

Nicole started her time with Next Level in 2014 as a student-athlete volunteer. She was a four-year starter on the varsity softball team at Bishop O'Dowd. She later went on to earn a scholarship at Cal Berkeley, where she finished with a Bachelor's degree. For the 2024 season, Nicole transferred to Louisiana Tech University. She has started 52 of 53 games played, and tied the team's season homerun record, while driving in a team-high 32 runs. Nicole tallied 36 hits, 10 doubles, 5 HRs, 32 RBI, 25 runs, 12 BB, 1 SB, and a .955 fielding percentage. Nicole is also decorated at the international level, playing for Team Philippines during the 2023 Women's Softball World Cup and 2023 Asian Games.
Frankie began her coaching career in 2014 when she joined Next Level Baseball & Softball Academy, volunteering at their clinics. She was a 5-year member of the Oregon State softball team, appearing at the Women’s College World Series in 2022. She has a career batting average of .322 and she currently holds the single season (17) and caree
Frankie began her coaching career in 2014 when she joined Next Level Baseball & Softball Academy, volunteering at their clinics. She was a 5-year member of the Oregon State softball team, appearing at the Women’s College World Series in 2022. She has a career batting average of .322 and she currently holds the single season (17) and career (53) HR record. She won a gold medal in 2019 with Team USA at the WBSC U-19 World Cup. In 2023 she had her first professional season with the women's professional league Athletes Unlimited. She is currently the Assistant Coach at Saint Mary's College in Moraga.

At the conclusion of his senior season at MSUB, Kaleo was drafted by the Tampa Bay Rays in the 32nd Round/960th Overall of the 2018 Major League Baseball Draft. He was only the second player in MSUB history to be picked in MLB draft. In his professional career, he played for the Montgomery Biscuits
(Double-A Affiliate) and the Perth Heat in Australia.

After high school he attended Laney College before transferring and finishing his baseball career at Contra Costa College. After college he dove into coaching, becoming the assistant coach for the Alameda Merchants select travel team in 2014 & 2015, eventually becoming the head coach for 2 successful seasons in 2016 & 2017. Since then, he has been at Next Level where he is a hitting and catchers coach.
